- 3. Demonstrate the Microphone and Video on/off option for participants
- 4. Arrange to have a Co-Host or Facilitator Assistant Help
- 5. Merge Phone # Box & Video Box for a participant
- 6. Participants should Name their video box (AND their phone box if needed)
- 7. Clear Time-Lines for Speakers
- 8. Back-Up Options For Speakers
- 9. Use Break-Out Rooms and other ZOOM tools for interaction (See other blogs/resources about icebreakers and online activities)
- 10. List Video (YouTube) Links in Chat Box
