The information collected may include your name, e-mail, address, phone number, and/or billing information (as our clients seeking services, training, consulting and more). You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to merely access or visit this website. You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving any information by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the information email you received.

2. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products (i.e. a new book Patricia published), new services, or changes to this privacy policy.
3. We also notify our valued learning community members when a new blog/video/podcast or other news you can use is available.

Sharing

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. [i.e. to mail  resources to you, which you have purchased, or the online course platform you have registered through.]

Regier Education Inc. also obtains survey responses, calendar appointments and contact information from other sources, such as Word Press Forms, Calendly and Google Analytics, to name a few.

We will hold your name, address, contact details and purchase history for at least seven years.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the website, email or direct mail with us, your information is protected both online and offline.

Registration

In order to receive your Inspired Learning Personality Quiz results and access to related resources and downloadable checklists, your first name and email address is collected. This information when applicable is used to contact you about the products/services on our site where you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

When you register for online courses via our Teachable eLearning programs, that site also includes a privacy policy and terms of use, which overlap much of the information found in this policy.

Requested Training, Speaking and Facilitation; Customers/Clients

We require your information when you request an estimate from Regier Education Inc. To purchase services or products from us, you must provide contact information (name, company/organization, shipping address and contact information, email and phone number). This information is used for billing purposes. If we have trouble processing an invoice, we’ll use this information to contact you. After service and payment has been completed, occasional customer satisfaction surveys, learning opportunities and holiday greetings will be communications you can expect. You can opt out of future contact at any time.
