This week my computer crashed. You never know when/if it’s going to happen, but I am going to share with you what I did to get through the crash, what I learned along the way and how you can be prepared, just in case.
There will be a next pivot. When we return to ‘normal’ it will be new, complex and require another learning curve. The next pivot will be when we work with a blended audience, including those in-person and some on-line.
