I am so pleased to have the opportunity to speak with my sister Kathryn Ritchie, about leading meetings via ZOOM, with her team, and how she also supports her customers/clients. Setting Up For Success
- Yes, you CAN lead a interactive, comfortable meeting online
- Start with round table introductions and welcome
- If you are nervous, practice on camera first
- Just try it, you will get more comfortable
- Use ZOOM for training your team
- Online meetings to support your clients/customers
- Video meetings to demonstrate how to do something
- Use Screen Share
- Phone in option
- Large online workshops, try the Break Out Rooms
- Recordings are great for those who missed the meeting
- Look at the camera – not just those who are talking on the screen
