How To Use ZOOM Virtual Breakout Rooms
Breakout rooms in ZOOM, do require knowing some steps, settings and options. Once you understand the navigation, then they are a perfect addition to an online meeting or virtual learning experience! Online learning can sometimes be boring, especially when people are distracted by other things in their actual environment. ZOOM virtual breakout rooms are a fantastic way to draw people into the experience, keep them engaged and deepening the learning experience. UPDATE: You can also ‘unclick’ any cohosts, when you have created randomized rooms, and move people automatically. Because you have unclicked the cohosts, or guest speakers, they won’t be moved into the rooms. Recommend testing this next time you are hosting a meeting with breakouts.

For those who use the link, but don’t download the app, they have to be added to the rooms during the meeting/training.
